CapCity Kidz Clubz

Last night, we did something a little different in Kidz Clubz. The adults, youth and kids down through 3rd grade were in the auditorium for a Missions Movie Night watching "Beyond the Gates of Splendor". I was able and excited to have K12 (Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd) graders with me upstairs for worship, games and surprise station! We had a great time even though our format was a bit changed up! We learned about serving each other as we iced and decorated cookies for each other! We talked about how we can serve our families, our friends and teachers at school, and our neighbors.

Typically, each week, we start our night with a fun, energetic song, and then one of the groups (K12 girls, K12 boys, 345 girls, or 345 boys) participates and acts out the drama for the night! This is a lot of fun and gets the point across, too! The kids leave with their small group leader and travel from station to station in 20 minute increments (surprise, games, small group). Below is a sample of what we our lesson was last week.

Week 8 -- October 28

Bible Story: Balaam's Donkey Talks (Numbers 22:1-38)
Bible Verse: Psalm 66:5, "Come and see what God has done, how awesome His works in man's behalf!"
Key Point: Hear God
